To help us do this, we've developed a number of proprietary planning and research tools. Here's just a taster:

  • Response-ability™  Through a rigorous process of test-and-learn, backed by good tracking, we've built a knowledge-bank based on over €550m of media spend. We call it Response-ability™. Our clients call it a flippin' great way to optimise performance and drive response from all types of media into their direct sales channels.
  • Eye tracking It's no use having a fancy ad, email or site if customers don't take your message on board. So to test creative execution, identify usability issues and avoid costly mistakes, we invested in some state-of-the-art eye-tracking equipment. Which means less of a blind leap of faith for our clients.
