Too many cooks may spoil the broth, but no cooks spoils everything. That's why we offer clients flexible resource to keep the wheels turning, from individual account managers spending one day a week at your office to full-time teams.

We can get experienced people over to you quickly, whether it's for holiday cover or filling a vacant role while you're recruiting. And as many have had experience of working client-side, they won't need lots of handholding - they'll just get on with it. Here's how we've been helping some of our clients:

• Spain - provided a full-time marketing team of ten, including planning, account management and creative people to deliver a series of projects
• UK - ongoing part-week and full-time account management in place to provide additional support for specific projects
• Germany - high-level strategic planning and account management provided to set direction for future communications
