. Ray Fine Founder and International CEO | One of the best-known and respected figures in Mobile Communications. Gareth was associated with Hutchison Whampoa for 20 years, was a founding director of Orange and COO of 3 UK. He's even been nominated for Business Person of the Year by The Sunday Times. When he's not sharing his knowledge with the industry, Gareth heads up the DAD Group.

. Scott Criddle Group Chief Operating Officer | With 19 years’ client-side experience – most recently working with DAD – Lidia knows a bit about effective marketing. Customer acquisition, retention, upsell, brand awareness… she’s done it all – and has now swapped her client hat for a fetching new agency one to lead our Sales, Marketing and PR strategies.

. Lidia Mackow-McGuire Sales and Marketing Director | DAD’s creative guardian and resident northerner. Tony’s direct and digital marketing experience spans 15 years and international communication hubs including London, Sydney, Singapore and Sheffield, his home town. He has four children, a Jack Russell named Jack and a flat cap for special occasions.

- Chief Strategy Officer Magnus Fitchett Chief Strategy Officer | 13 years in the bosom of DAD, globetrotter Ruskin oversees our overseas operation. Currently responsible for DAD Dubai, New York, Madrid and Amsterdam, he previously managed offices for Wunderman in Sydney, Singapore, Boston and Palo Alto. Ruskin has developed a taste for aeroplane food.

Ruskin Spiers International Managing Director | Lisa began number crunching at publishers Mitchell Beazley, rose through the ranks at IPC, then went on to show Saatchis how it’s done before joining DAD in 2002. With a purple Mini, a Violet dog and a penchant for R&B, Lisa is undeniably more Funky Streak than Pin Stripe.

But she’s always home in time to pick up the kids. If you ever need a walking ad for a good work/life balance, talk to Sarah. But not after 6pm.

She started her career with us before a spell at Wunderman. Came back as AD then GAD. Left for WDMP before returning once again as CSD. She also spent 4 years in Italy running a software company. Thankfully, Philippa’s itchy feet are now cured.

. Penny Dinmore Client Services Director | From maths teacher to artworker in the Premier’s Office of the Kruger National Park, Caren eventually swapped big game for big brands. Joining DAD in 2001 as a freelancer, Caren’s studio knowledge, people skills and handy black belt in judo quickly led to her natural appointment as our Director of IT & Production.
