Existing customer recommendations already accounted for 11.5% of ONO's customer base. Could that figure be improved?

Our solution:

New creative was developed, highlighting an offer of €50 off the customer's bill if a friend they recommend stays with ONO for 3 months.

Outcome:

Increase from 11.5% to 17% of customers recruited through the MGM programme.
