HomeServe and Yorkshire Water have built a successful partnership on providing peace of mind to Yorkshire Water customers by removing the worry around home emergencies. This success has been driven by increasingly targeted offers and creative which appeal to Yorkshire Water customers. Through this partnership Yorkshire Water wanted to find new engaging ways to persuade customers that emergencies can be dealt with quickly and efficiently without the need for inconvenience or large expense.
Our solution:
We developed an innovative and engaging campaign across direct mail, outdoor and radio to increase take-up of HomeServe’s core products. 716,000 existing Yorkshire Water customers were given a mandatory, no obligation free trial for water supply pipe emergencies for 2 months.
