Challenge:
Support the tactical monthly promotions used by the ESS business unit to drive incremental revenue from the ISS Top Value programme.
Our solution:
DAD devised a Transactional Toolkit – a series of modular templates to create DM, email and banners targeted to SMEs. Based on an optimisation engine, it delivers customised campaigns with astounding speed to market – and has enabled HP to effect cost efficiencies of around 10%.
Outcome:
The Toolkit helped raise market share of this particular product set from 11% to 30% in little over a year – and went on to win a Global Circle award for innovation.
